ShipClock helps you plan a focused work session. Set a goal, choose a duration, and select the apps and websites that count as work. Pip and a countdown live in your Mac’s notch, with a change of color when you drift.
Does it block distracting apps?
No. You stay in control. ShipClock shows when you move outside your selected work list so you can notice the detour and return to your goal.
Can I choose specific websites?
Yes. Add domains to your session’s work list, including their subdomains. Website detection in supported browsers requires macOS Automation permission. Choosing an entire browser app allows all websites in that browser.
What happens when the timer ends?
With automatic stop enabled, the session ends at your chosen duration. Turn it off to keep working past the timer. Your session summary shows focused time, drift, and time away.
Does my Mac need a notch?
The app is designed around the MacBook notch. On a display without one, ShipClock sits at the top of the screen. The new focus app requires macOS 26.2 or later.
Is this a subscription?
No. ShipClock is $14.99, paid once, for one Mac — $19 once the early price ends. Checkout and license delivery are handled by Polar, and existing customers can retrieve their license from the customer portal.
What if it is not for me?
